Chuze F.I.T Classes have been designed to accommodate all levels of fitness. Our Chuze F.I.T. Instructors make the classes exciting, fun and provide YOU with a great workout! Zumba

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body dance based workout. Fast and slow rhythms are alternated to provide an interval training effect designed to sculpt and tone your body.  Zumba® is a great mix of Latin flavor and international beats designed to keep you moving and the party going!  This fun workout feels more like a “night out” than a work out at the gym!

Zumba® Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine.  Zumba®Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves.

Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Lain-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.  Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs.  Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast. 

 


 

Ripped

A plateau proof fitness formula bringing together the five components of fitness: resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, endurance and diet.  R.I.P.P.E.D. is a safe, fun, and effective athletic based program designed for any age and fitness level.

 

HipHop

Hip Hop Hustle is a combination of easy to learn hip-hop dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.  It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge! Hip Hope Hustle requires no previous dance experience and we guarantee, once you try it, you'll be hooked.

..is a new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe.  Bokwa participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine.  Moving together to today's most popular music, participants of all ages draw the Bokwa L, 3, L, K and dozens of other steps.  Because Bokwa steps are structured and based on the forms of letters and numbers, doing Bokwa does not require you to count steps, like a traditional 8 count followed by most dance fitness programs.  Simply feel the music and freely move with the beat along with the dozens of other class participants that are sharing the energy and excitement with you.

 

HOT HULA FITNESS

Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, this fun and exciting new workout incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drumbeats fused with funky reggae.  Hot Hula isolates larger muscle groups increasing strength and definition to your core with emphasis on abs, glutes, quads and arms.

 

  


 

Yoga

 

FLOW YOGA

Come to this class to find the edge you've been looking for!  Vinyasa-based postures mixed with some challenging upper body, lower body, and core building exercises will push you to your limits. Build lean muscle, test your cardiovascular system, and pump your upper/lower body muscular endurance!  FLOW through it!

 

YOGA SCULPT

Vinyasa-based postures and strengthening exercises using light hand weights and/or body weight to help build lean muscle, develop endurance and test your cardiovascular capacity while taking your mind-body connection to the next level.

 


 

CHUZE BARRE

Create that coveted lean, sculpted dancers' physique with our new CHUZE BARRE class.  While incorporating elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga, Barre will target and elongate muscles in the core, upper and lower body.  This low impact format is a joint-friendly total body conditioning, strengthening and stretching workout.  You will be led through a program using isometric training with strong emphasis on form and alignment.

 

MAT PILATES

Strengthen and lengthen your entire body by learning to develop and use your core stabilization muscles.  Mat classes offer an intensive class designed to strengthen the body where it counts - in the abs, back, legs and glutes.

A perfect blend of Pilates/Yoga with dance and athletics.  This is a stretch workout for those who want more than just flexibility; they want to burn fat and build muscle.  This dynamic fusion workout is easy on the joints, yet delivers strength, balance, agility and flexibility in one unique calorie-burning workout. 

 

CHUZE BUNS AND BELLY

A 50 minute class devoted entirely to the two areas of the body we work so hard to tighten - Glutes and Abs!!  Tone those rear-ends and problem middle areas with some of the toughest firming, sculpting and lifting exercises you can do - Your buns and belly will thank you.

 

TONE ‘ N SCULPT

A well rounded workout using free weights, resistance bands, medicine & physio balls, and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups; designed to define, shape and tone your body.

 

KETTLEKAMP

KettleBells have been around for centuries, but are now more popular than ever due to the intense workouts they provide.  Get into the swing of things with this 50 minute full body workout that gives you all the cardio and muscle toning you can handle. KETTLEKAMP is a powerful way to increase strength, muscle tone, endurance, and agility while also challenging the cardiovascular system through a dynamic set of exercises. (Kettle Kamp Express is a 25 minute version of the above class and is offered at select locations)

 

  


 

Kickboxing

 

KICKBOXING

Based on various forms of martial arts, this class will teach you the basics of kicking and punching.  While incorporating athletic based drills and core strengthening exercises, this class will get you on your way to a leaner body and healthier state of mind. 

 

KARDIO KICKBOX

Fast paced, high energy, cardio workout using fighting punches and kicks from kickboxing to challenge your stamina with high intensity rounds of combinations.

Turbo Kick is a combination of kickboxing moves, athletic moves, and lots of fun combinations all perfectly in tune to high energy and motivating music.  It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals, strength & endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.  Turbo Kick requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.  You will find the right intensity for you.  All fitness levels are welcome to this class.  

 


 

INSANITY

Don't get scared off by the name!  If you are looking to take it to the next level - this workout is for YOU!!  Insanity is an intense cardio-based program that will push you to your limits! Developed by a fitness expert with a background in collegiate track and field and elite personal trainer, Insanity is a conditioning program for your whole body that will raise the level of your workout exponentially.

 

ABS CENTRAL

Get strong with this 25 minute class of power packed CORE exercises!

 

BOOTCAMP/BOOTCAMP EXPRESS

Drop and give me 20! This class utilizes challenging segments of cardiovascular work, muscle conditioning, and other athletic drills to ensure a complete body workout.

 

CHUZE GOLD 

Similar to our regular Tone 'n Sculpt format, Chuze Gold is a well-rounded strength building class using dumbbells, bands and balls to work all major muscle groups in a more gentle, non-impact class geared towards seniors, beginners and others needing modification in their exercise routines. 

 

 

SILVER SNEAKERS

Silver Sneakers is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events.  Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair may be used for seated and/or standing support.

 

BURNIN' BUNS

This class targets the glutes, quads, inner thighs, and outer thighs.  Come shape and tone your backside!

CHUZE TO CRUISE

Our "beginner friendly" format helps acquaint you with the key concepts and non-competitive nature of indoor cycling including setting up your bike and maintaining proper technique and biomechanics during your ride.  You will experience the unique MyRide program, which allows you to simulate riding through some of the most beautiful and exciting terrain across the globe.  If you are a beginner, please arrive at least 10 minutes early for bike set-up assistance.

 

ROAD WARRIOR

Our signature 50 minute cycling format - appropriate for the beginner and the experienced rider with emphasis on providing a fun, effective and well-rounded workout.  You will be led through the Alps...maybe the Rockies...then back around through downtown Chicago....with a possible detour through Death Valley, all while challenging yourself with jumps, hills, sprints and whatever else your instructor has envisioned for your journey that day.

 

ROAD RAGE

Our intermediate to advanced Cycling format - for the true biking enthusiast or those looking for a little (or a lot) more intensity in their cardiovascular routine.  Your body will be challenged and your mind and spirit elevated in this heart pumping cycling workout, simulating rides across breathtaking terrain. Bring your water bottle and be prepared to Rage.

 

WEEKEND RIDER

Whether you call it the end of your week or the beginning of your weekend - this is THE WAY to do it.  Journey around the world on your bike - challenge your body, regain your mental focus and sweat out a week's worth of stress.  You'll go home refreshed, refocused and ready for some weekend fun.  Appropriate for all levels of riders.
